1. Compression Molding:

Compression molding entails loading pre-formed rubber materials into a mold cavity for curing. Originating in the late 19th century, it represents the conventional approach to rubber molding. Key aspects include:
● Blending raw materials in batches
● Forming rubber into pre-shaped molds mirroring the final product
● Curing through the application of heat and pressure
● Hand demolding of the final product
Pros:
● Economical tooling costs
● Rapid lead times
● Minimal waste generation
● Suitable for processing rigid materials
Cons:
● Slower cycle times due to manual demolding
● Additional labor required for pre-forming
Applications: Ideal for small-scale production, prototyping, and sampling.

2. Transfer Molding:

Transfer molding involves inserting pre-formed materials into a molding chamber, where raw material is forced into cavities for curing. It offers advantages such as:
● Reduced processing time with multiple cavities
● Enhanced dimensional precision
● Simplified production of colored rubber parts
Cons:
● Increased waste due to residual rubber
● Slightly higher tooling costs

3. Injection Molding:
