We provide a one-stop service from raw material formulation, mold development to rubber molding, ensuring strict quality control throughout the process. Our professional team will work with you to ensure smooth progress at every development stage, allowing you to easily manage the development process and make timely adjustments. Our production process is efficient and flexible, offering customized solutions to meet your needs and ensure the product perfectly meets your expectations.
Joda's Customization Process:
1. Request for Quotation (RFQ)
During our business hours (Taiwan time 8:00-17:00, lunch break 12:00-13:00), you can always contact our sales specialists. We will fully understand your needs, including environmental considerations, quantity, delivery time, and any special requirements. Once we have the necessary information, we will provide a formal quotation and continue to assist with follow-up questions and feedback to facilitate project progress.
2. Mold Design and Development
Once procurement is confirmed, we begin mold design and drawing, which is critical for determining product quality and production efficiency. During the design process, you can discuss your needs and ideas directly with our mold engineers. We will strive to meet your requirements and provide production suggestions, such as parting lines, gates, surface textures, logos, and markings. Before mold production, our engineers will create a 3D model of the rubber part to visualize the concept. This process generally takes about 15 - 30 working days.
3. Prototype Inspection
After the mold is completed, we will conduct prototype inspections, comparing them to initial drawings or standards, checking dimensional accuracy, material hardness, patterns, logos, surface textures, and color consistency. If needed, we can provide a detailed "Prototype Inspection Report" to ensure the product meets the client's requirements. This process generally takes about 3 - 5 working days.
4. Mass Production
Once the prototype is confirmed, we move to the mass production stage. We understand the importance of time, and our facility houses 15 injection and compression molding machines capable of efficiently handling large-volume production. Our experienced production team can quickly respond to production challenges to ensure product consistency. Every batch of products undergoes strict final inspection before shipment to ensure it meets client requirements and achieves the highest quality standards.
